Warranty & Replacement Policy:
1. 1-Month Warranty: Enjoy a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the battery, you can exchange it for a new one within this period, free of charge, with no questions asked.
2. Physical Damage Exclusion: Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Damage Due to Liquid or Impact: Water damage, liquid exposure, torn ribbons, electrical short circuits, or any kind of physical impact will void the warranty.
4. Stock Availability: In case the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service date or time may be subject to change at the discretion of the management.
5. Report Defects: If you notice any defects after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Performance: If the battery is not charging as expected within one month, you can replace it.
7. Warranty Void for Swelling: If the battery swells during the warranty period (within 1 month), the warranty will be void.
8. Receipt Required: Ensure you keep the purchase receipt (memo) as it will be required for any battery replacement or warranty claim.
9. Use Original Charger: To extend your phone’s lifespan, always use the original charger and follow proper charging practices.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
