Warranty & Replacement Policy:
1. 30-Day Replacement Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the battery, we offer a no-questions-asked replacement guarantee within 30 days.
2. 1-Month Warranty: This battery comes with a 1-month warranty. If the battery stops working within that period, we will replace it with a new one.
3. Warranty Exclusions:
- Physical damage to the battery will void the warranty.
- Damage caused by water, liquid, torn ribbon, electric short circuit, or physical impact is not covered under warranty.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service or replacement date may be subject to change at the company's discretion.
5. Defects: If you find any defects after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately for assistance.
6. Battery Performance: If the battery performance (charge retention) does not meet your expectations within the 1-month warranty period, you can exchange it for a new one.
7. Warranty Voided: The warranty will be void if the battery expands or swells within the 1-month warranty period.
8. Receipt Required: Please keep the purchase receipt (memo) for battery replacement. Without the receipt, battery exchanges will not be possible.
9. Charging Recommendations: For optimal battery performance, always use the original charger and follow proper charging practices. This will help extend the life of your phone and battery.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
