Warranty Terms:
1. 1-Month Warranty: You’ll get a 1-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. If the battery doesn’t meet your expectations, you can replace it within 30 days with no extra charges.
2. Physical Damage Excluded: Warranty doesn’t cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Warranty Exclusions: If the battery is damaged due to water, liquid spills, wear and tear, electric short circuits, or any kind of physical impact, the warranty is void.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date may change at the company’s discretion.
5. Defects Upon Arrival: If you find any defects in the product after receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Unsatisfactory Charging Performance: If the battery doesn’t meet your charging expectations within 30 days, you can exchange it.
7. Warranty on Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month), it will not be covered.
8. Receipt Required: Keep the purchase memo safe. Batteries will only be replaced with the original receipt.
9. Proper Charging: For long-lasting performance, use the original charger and follow proper charging guidelines. This will ensure the longevity of your device.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
