Battery Warranty Information:
1. Warranty Period: The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery doesn’t perform as expected within this period, you can replace it at no additional cost.
2. Physical Damage: The warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not apply if the battery is damaged by water, liquids, abrasion, electric short circuits, or any form of impact.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date may be changed at the discretion of the authorities.
5. Defect Reporting: If you find any defects after receiving the product, please inform wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Performance: If the battery performance does not meet your expectations, you can replace it within the 1-month warranty period.
7. Warranty Void: The warranty will be void if the battery swells within the warranty period or within the first month.
8. Memo Requirement: You must keep the purchase memo. Without it, the battery cannot be replaced.
9. Proper Charging: We recommend using the original charger and following proper charging guidelines to ensure the long-term use of your valuable phone. Thank you!
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
