Installation Guidelines:
1. Pre-installation Check: Before installing the display, ensure it is checked without removing or tearing the protective poly paper. If any issues or defects are found, do not proceed with installation and contact wefixfast immediately.
2. Examine the Display: Carefully inspect the top and bottom sides of the display without removing any protective material. If no defects are found, proceed with installation. If defects are detected, do not apply the display.
3. Handle with Care: Be cautious when installing the display to prevent any damage.
4. Confirmation Before Installation: Ensure that everything is in order. Once you are 100% sure, carefully remove the poly paper or sticker and proceed with installation.
5. Warranty Information: Any tearing or removal of protective paper or film on both sides of the display will void the warranty.
6. Avoid Contamination: Ensure the display is free from sweat, glue, or any foreign substance, as these can void the warranty.
7. Final Check: Before installation, confirm that the display's original color and touch functionality are working properly.

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.If you face any problem with the product within 7 days of receiving it, we will provide a replacement/exchange. Cash refunds are not available. Products eligible for return will only be exchanged with the same product or an equivalent replacement.
The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery. The product must not be physically damaged, broken, or misused. Original packaging and accessories (if any) should be included. A proper unboxing video may be required for verification of any issue.
