We are confident in the quality of our batteries. That's why we offer a 1-month warranty. If the battery malfunctions within this period, we will replace it with a new one.
Battery Warranty and Terms:
1. You will receive a 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If the battery doesn't meet your expectations within 1 month, you can exchange it without any cost.
2. No warranty will be provided if the battery is physically damaged.
3. Warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquid, abrasion, electric short circuit, or any other form of impact.
4. In case the battery is under warranty but out of stock, the service time or date may be adjusted at the discretion of the authority.
5. If you find any defects in the product after receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. If the battery's performance is not as expected, you can exchange it within 1 month.
7. Warranty will not apply if the battery swells within the warranty period.
8. Always keep the memo when purchasing the battery. Without the memo, the battery cannot be exchanged.
9. To ensure long battery life, use the original charger and follow proper charging guidelines.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
