Warranty Details:
1. 1-Month Warranty: You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the battery’s performance within 1 month, you can exchange it for a new one, free of charge.
2. Physical Damage: The warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Water or Liquid Damage: The warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, rips, electric short circuits, or any type of external impact.
4. Out-of-Stock Warranty: If the battery is under warranty but out of stock, we reserve the right to change the service time or date.
5. Reporting Issues: If you find any defects after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Performance: If the battery charging performance is not as expected, you can exchange the battery within 1 month.
7. Swelling: If the battery swells during the warranty period (within 1 month), the warranty will not be applicable.
8. Receipt Requirement: Please keep the receipt as it is required for any battery exchange. Without the receipt, we cannot process any replacements.
9. Usage Tips: If you charge your phone with the original charger and follow the recommended charging practices, your phone should last a long time.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
