- The Motorola Moto G7 Power battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the battery’s performance within this period, you can exchange it free of charge.
- Warranty conditions:
1. No physical damage to the battery.
2. No warranty for damage caused by water, liquid, abrasions, electric short circuits, or physical impacts.
3. If the battery is under warranty but out of stock, the authority reserves the right to adjust the service time or date.
4. If you find any issues with the product after receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
5. If you're unhappy with the battery charge, you can replace it within the warranty period (1 month).
6. Swelling of the battery within the warranty period will void the warranty.
7. A purchase memo is required for any battery exchanges; without it, we cannot process the replacement.
For optimal use, always charge your device with the original charger and follow the proper charging guidelines to extend the life of your phone.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
