Warranty Terms:
1. 1-Month Guarantee: You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the battery within this period, you can replace it without any additional charges.
2. No Warranty on Physical Damage: The warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Damage Due to External Factors: The warranty is void if the battery is damaged by water, liquid, torn ribbons, electric short circuits, or any form of physical impact.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is under warranty but not in stock, the service time or date may be subject to change at the discretion of the authority.
5. Defects Upon Delivery: If you find any defects upon receiving the product, please inform wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Charging Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the battery's performance, you can exchange it within the first month.
7. Swelling Issue: If the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month), the warranty will not be applicable.
8. Keep the Receipt: Make sure to keep the memo/receipt when purchasing the battery. Without it, we will not be able to process a battery exchange.
9. Use of Original Charger: We recommend using the original charger for your device and following the correct charging guidelines to prolong the battery life. By doing so, you can enjoy using your phone for a long time.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
