Warranty Terms:
1. 1-Month Warranty: You will receive a warranty from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the battery’s performance within the first month, you can replace it free of charge.
2. No Warranty for Physical Damage: The warranty will not apply if the battery is physically damaged.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, liquid, wear and tear, electric short circuits, or any type of impact.
4. Out of Stock: If the replacement battery is out of stock, the service date or time may be adjusted by the authority.
5. Defective Items: If you find any defects with the product after receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Unsatisfactory Charging: If the battery does not meet your expectations for charging performance, you can replace it within one month.
7. Battery Bulging: If the battery swells within the warranty period (1 month), the warranty will be void.
8. Receipt Required: Always keep the purchase memo. Without it, we cannot process battery replacements.
9. Use Original Charger: For optimal battery performance, we recommend using the original charger. Proper charging habits will help you extend the lifespan of your phone.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
