Warranty Details:
1. You’ll receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the battery's performance, you can exchange it within the first month at no extra cost.
2. Warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. The warranty will not apply if the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, tearing, electrical short circuits, or any form of impact.
4. If a battery is under warranty but out of stock, the service time or date may be adjusted at our discretion.
5. If you notice any issues after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. If you’re unsatisfied with the battery’s charge, you can exchange it within the 1-month warranty period.
7. Warranty is void if the battery swells within the 1-month period.
8. You must keep the receipt (memo) to claim a battery replacement. Without the memo, the battery cannot be exchanged.
9. If you use the original charger and follow proper charging practices, your phone should last longer.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
