Warranty Terms
1. 1-Month Warranty: From the date of purchase, you will receive a 1-month warranty. If you are not satisfied with the battery's performance within this period, you can replace it at no extra cost.
2. Physical Damage: Warranty will not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not apply if the battery is damaged due to water, liquid, abrasions, electric short circuits, or physical impacts.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is not in stock within the warranty period, we reserve the right to change the service time or date.
5. Product Issues: If you find any defects after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Charging Issue: If the battery's charging performance is unsatisfactory, you can exchange it within 1 month.
7. Battery Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period, the warranty will not be valid.
8. Receipt Required: Please keep the receipt. Without it, the battery cannot be exchanged.
9. Charging Guidelines: To extend your battery's life, use the original charger and follow proper charging practices. This will help you use your phone for a long time.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
