Terms and Conditions:

2. Warranty is not applicable for physical damage, exposure to liquids, torn ribbons, electric short circuits, or any impact-related damage.
3. If a warranty claim is made but the battery is out of stock, the service time or replacement date may be adjusted.
4. In case of any defects, notify wefixfast immediately after receiving the product.
5. Battery replacements will only be honored with the original purchase receipt.
6. Swollen batteries within the warranty period are not eligible for replacement.
7. For optimal performance, always use an original charger and follow proper charging guidelines to ensure long-lasting battery life.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
