Warranty Policy
1. A 1-month warranty is provided from the date of purchase. If the battery performance is unsatisfactory within this period, it can be replaced free of charge.
2. The warranty does not cover physical damage.
3. Warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquid spills, ribbon tears, electric short circuits, or external impacts.
4. If a replacement battery is not in stock during the warranty period, the service date may be adjusted as per availability.
5. Report any defects immediately after receiving the product to wefixfast.
6. If the battery performance is not as expected, you can replace it within 1 month.
7. Swollen batteries within the warranty period are not eligible for replacement.
8. A valid purchase receipt (memo) is required for any warranty claim or replacement.
9. Always use an original charger and follow charging guidelines to ensure the longevity of your device.

৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, শর্ট সার্কিট বা আঘাতজনিত ক্ষতিতে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৪) ওয়ারেন্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও স্টকে পণ্য না থাকলে সময় ও তারিখ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষের থাকবে।
৫) পণ্য পেয়ে ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে সাথে সাথে জানাতে হবে।
৬) চার্জিং পারফরমেন্স মনের মতো না হলে ১ মাসের মধ্যে ব্যাটারি চেঞ্জ করা যাবে।
৭) ১ মাসের মধ্যে ব্যাটারি ফুলে গেলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৮) মেমো ছাড়া ব্যাটারি পরিবর্তন সম্ভব নয়।
৯) মূল চার্জার ব্যবহার করুন এবং সঠিক চার্জিং নিয়ম মেনে চলুন।

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
