Warranty Details
1. 1-Month Warranty: You’ll receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If the battery doesn’t meet your expectations, you can replace it within that time frame, free of charge.
2. No Warranty for Physical Damage: Warranty does not apply if the battery has been physically damaged.
3. Water Damage and Other Issues: The warranty will be void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquid, abrasion, electric short circuits, or any other external injury.
4. Stock Availability: In case of stock unavailability during the warranty period, the service time or date may be subject to change at the authority’s discretion.
5. Report Issues Immediately: If you find any defects after receiving the product, contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Charge Concerns: If you're not satisfied with the battery's performance, you can change it within the first month.
7. No Warranty for Battery Swelling: The warranty does not cover battery swelling within the warranty period.
8. Keep the Purchase Memo: Be sure to keep the purchase memo as the battery cannot be exchanged without it.
9. Proper Charging: Always charge your phone using the original charger and follow the proper charging instructions to ensure long-term use of your device.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
