Terms and Conditions (English):
1. 1-Month Warranty: A 1-month warranty is provided from the date of purchase. If the battery does not perform as expected, you can replace it within this period without additional cost.
2. Physical Damage: Warranty does not cover physical damage.
3. Exclusions: Warranty is void if the battery is damaged by:
- Water or liquid.
- Torn ribbon cables.
- Electrical short circuits or any type of physical impact.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock, we reserve the right to adjust the service time or date.
5. Defects: If you notice any defects after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. Unsatisfactory Charge: If you are unhappy with the battery charge performance, you can replace the battery within 1 month.
7. Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period, it will not be covered under the warranty.
8. Receipt Required: Always keep the purchase receipt (memo). Battery replacements are not possible without it.
9. Charging Instructions: For optimal performance, use an original charger and follow proper charging guidelines to extend the lifespan of your phone.

১) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি। যদি ব্যাটারী আপনার প্রত্যাশামতো না কাজ করে, তাহলে এক মাসের মধ্যে তা বিনামূল্যে পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
২) ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ থাকলে গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, রেবন ছেড়া, ইলেকট্রিক শর্ট সার্কিট, আঘাতজনিত কারণে ব্যাটারী নষ্ট হলে গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
৪) ব্যাটারী স্টকে না থাকলে, সার্ভিস সময় বা তারিখ পরিবর্তনের অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।
৫) পণ্য পাওয়ার পর কোন ত্রুটি দেখলে, উইফিক্সফাস্ট-কে দ্রুত জানান।
৬) ব্যাটারী চার্জ আপনার মনের মতো না হলে, এক মাসের মধ্যে পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
৭) যদি ব্যাটারী ফুলে যায় তাহলে গ্যারান্টি পাওয়া যাবে না।
৮) ব্যাটারী পরিবর্তন করার সময় মেমো অবশ্যই সঙ্গে রাখুন। মেমো ছাড়া ব্যাটারী পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
৯) অরিজিনাল চার্জার দিয়ে চার্জ করলে, আপনার মোবাইল দীর্ঘদিন ভাল থাকবে।

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
