Terms and Conditions (English):
1. A 1-month guarantee is provided from the date of purchase. If the battery does not perform as expected, it can be replaced within this period without any cost.
2. Warranty does not cover physical damage, including:
- Water or liquid damage.
- Torn ribbon cables.
- Damage caused by electrical short circuits or impacts.
3. If the battery is not in stock, replacement timing may vary.
4. Notify wefixfast immediately if you notice any defects upon receiving the product.
5. A warranty is void if the battery swells within the warranty period.
6. Retain the purchase receipt, as replacements cannot be processed without it.
7. For optimal performance, always use an original charger and follow proper charging practices.

১) ব্যাটারী ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ১ মাসের গ্যারান্টি। যদি সার্ভিস আপনার প্রত্যাশামতো না হয়, এক মাসের মধ্যে ব্যাটারী বিনামূল্যে বদলানো যাবে।
২) ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজ থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৩) পানি, তরল পদার্থ, শর্ট সার্কিট, আঘাতজনিত কারণে ব্যাটারি নষ্ট হলে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে না।
৪) ওয়ারেন্টি থাকা সত্ত্বেও ব্যাটারী স্টকে না থাকলে, পরিবর্তনের সময় নির্ধারণের অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষ রাখে।
৫) প্রাপ্ত পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি থাকলে, উইফিক্সফাস্ট-কে তাৎক্ষণিক জানান।
৬) ব্যাটারী চার্জ আপনার মনের মতো না হলে, ১ মাসের মধ্যে চেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন।
৭) ফুলে যাওয়া ব্যাটারী ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত নয়।
৮) ক্রয়ের সময় অবশ্যই মেমো সংগ্রহ করুন; মেমো ছাড়া ব্যাটারী পরিবর্তন সম্ভব নয়।
৯) অরিজিনাল চার্জার ব্যবহার এবং সঠিক চার্জিং নিয়ম মেনে চলুন।

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
