Battery Warranty Terms
1. The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the battery within this period, you can replace it free of charge.
2. The warranty does not cover physical damage to the battery.
3. The warranty is void if the battery is damaged by water, liquids, torn cables, electrical short circuits, or any form of physical impact.
4. If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the company reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5. If you find any defects in the product after receiving it, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. If the battery's charging performance is unsatisfactory, you can replace it within 1 month.
7. The warranty will be void if the battery swells during the warranty period (1 month).
8. Always keep the receipt (memo) when purchasing the battery, as the battery cannot be replaced without it.
9. For longer battery life, use the original charger and follow proper charging guidelines. We hope you enjoy using your phone for a long time. Thank you!
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
