Warranty Terms:
1. 1-Month Warranty: From the date of purchase, you get a 1-month warranty. If the battery fails to meet your expectations within this period, we will replace it at no additional cost.
2. Physical Damage Exclusions: Warranty does not cover any physical damage to the battery.
3. Damage Due to External Factors: Any battery damage caused by water, liquids, tearing, electric short circuits, or physical impacts will not be covered under warranty.
4. Stock Availability: If the battery is out of stock despite the warranty, the service time or date may be adjusted at the company's discretion.
5. Defects on Arrival: If you find any defect after receiving the product, please contact Wefixfast immediately.
6. Battery Charge Issues: If you are not satisfied with the battery's charging performance, you can request a replacement within 1 month.
7. Warranty Does Not Cover Battery Swelling: If the battery swells within the 1-month warranty period, it will not be eligible for replacement.
8. Proof of Purchase: Ensure you retain the memo for battery replacement; without it, no replacement will be provided.
9. Original Charger: Using an original charger for your device and following proper charging guidelines will help ensure long-lasting performance.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
