Warranty & Conditions
1. You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the battery within that period, you can exchange it free of charge.
2. Warranty does not apply if the battery has any physical damage.
3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, liquids, tearing, electrical short circuits, or physical impacts.
4. If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, we reserve the right to change the service time or date.
5. If you notice any defects after receiving the product, please immediately contact Wefixfast.
6. If the battery charge is unsatisfactory, you can exchange it within 1 month.
7. The warranty will be void if the battery swells during the warranty period (1 month).
8. Please ensure you keep the memo during purchase, as it is required for battery exchanges.
9. We recommend charging your device with the original charger and following proper charging guidelines to ensure long-lasting performance. Thank you for choosing us!
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
