Battery Warranty Terms:
1) You will receive a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the battery's performance within this period, you can replace it without any charge within the first month.
2) Warranty will not be applicable if the battery has any physical damage.
3) The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, liquids, burns, electric short circuits, or any physical impact.
4) In the event the battery is out of stock, even during the warranty period, wefixfast reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5) If you notice any defects after receiving the product, please inform wefixfast immediately.
6) If you are dissatisfied with the battery's charging performance, it can be replaced within 1 month.
7) The warranty will be void if the battery swells during the 1-month warranty period.
8) When purchasing the battery, please ensure you receive a receipt, as batteries cannot be exchanged without it.
9) We recommend using the original charger and following proper charging guidelines to ensure long-term use of your mobile phone. Thank you for choosing us!
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
