Usage Guide
1. First, turn off your phone and remove the SIM and SD cards.
2. Then, remove the back cover of your phone and the plastic plate.
3. Disconnect your battery and remove it.
4. Clean any residue from the phone body and prepare it for the new battery.
5. Charge the new battery for at least 3-4 hours before use.

- Any order placed after 5 pm will be considered for the next business day, not the same day.

Battery Warranty
1. The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If the battery doesn’t meet your expectations within this period, it can be replaced without charge.
2. No warranty applies if the battery has physical damage.
3. Warranty does not apply if the battery is damaged by water, liquid, abrasion, electric short circuit, or any impact-related damage.
4. If the battery is out of stock within the warranty period, wefixfast reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5. If you notice any defects after receiving the product, please contact wefixfast immediately.
6. If the battery's charge does not meet your expectations, you may exchange it within 1 month.
7. If the battery swells within the warranty period, warranty coverage will be void.
8. Please retain the purchase memo. Batteries cannot be exchanged without it.
9. For best results, use the original charger and follow proper charging guidelines to prolong the life of your phone. Thank you!
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
