Warranty & Replacement Terms:
1) The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the performance within 1 month, you can exchange it at no cost.
2) No warranty applies if the battery has physical damage.
3) The warranty is void if the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, abrasion, electric short circuit, or impact injuries.
4) If the battery is out of stock, despite being under warranty, the authority reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5) If you find any issues after receiving the product, please immediately notify wefixfast.
6) If the battery charge is unsatisfactory, you can request a replacement within 1 month.
7) If the battery swells within the warranty period, warranty will not apply.
8) Keep the memo while purchasing the battery; without it, the battery cannot be exchanged.
9) Using the original charger and following proper charging guidelines will ensure long-lasting battery performance.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
