Warranty Details:
1. 1-Month Warranty – The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you're not happy with its performance, you can exchange it for a new one within 30 days, free of charge.
2. No Warranty for Physical Damage – If the battery shows any physical damage, the warranty is void.
3. Exclusions from Warranty – The warranty does not cover damage due to water, liquid exposure, abrasion, electric short circuits, or physical impacts.
4. Out-of-Stock Situations – If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, wefixfast reserves the right to change the service time or date.
5. Report Issues Immediately – If you find any issues after receiving the product, please contact us immediately at wefixfast.
6. Unsatisfactory Battery Charge – If the battery doesn't meet your charging needs, you can replace it within the 1-month warranty period.
7. Battery Swelling – If the battery swells within the warranty period, it will not be covered under warranty.
8. Keep the Purchase Memo – To exchange the battery, you must present the purchase memo.
9. Proper Charging – To ensure optimal performance, charge your mobile using the original charger and follow proper charging guidelines. This will help you get the most out of your battery and phone.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
