Installation Tips:
1. Pre-Installation Check: Test the functionality of the display before installation.
2. Handle with Care: Be cautious not to damage the socket or nearby components on the board.
3. Screw Installation: The screws vary in size; avoid over-tightening or forcing them.
Display Installation Guidelines:
1. Inspect Before Opening: Before installing, check the display without tearing or opening the protective poly paper. If any issue or defect is found, contact wefixfast immediately and do not install the display.
2. Check for Sediment: Inspect the top and bottom sides of the display for any sediment. If everything seems fine, proceed with installation. If any issue is found, do not proceed.
3. Handle Carefully: Be gentle during installation to prevent any damage to the display.
4. Remove the Poly Paper: Only remove the poly paper or sticker after verifying that the display is in perfect condition. Apply it only when you are 100% sure.
5. Warranty Considerations: Tearing or removing any sand or paper on the display voids the warranty.
6. Avoid Contamination: Any kind of sweat or glue on the display will also void the warranty.
7. Ensure Full Functionality: Ensure the original color display and touch function properly before final installation.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
