Warranty and Replacement Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the battery, we offer a replacement guarantee within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.
2. Warranty Period:
The battery comes with a 1-month warranty from the purchase date. If the battery performance is unsatisfactory within this period, you can replace it free of charge.
3. Conditions Not Covered by Warranty:
- Physical damage to the battery.
- Damage caused by water, liquids, abrasion, electric short circuits, or angle-type injuries.
- Swollen batteries during the warranty period.
4. Stock Limitations:
If the battery is unavailable while under warranty, we reserve the right to adjust the service time or date accordingly.
5. Purchase Memo:
Always ensure you collect a purchase memo when buying the battery. Warranty claims or replacements cannot be processed without it.
6. Error Reporting:
If you encounter any defects or issues with the battery upon receiving it, immediately notify wefixfast for assistance.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
