We are confident that this is an original quality battery. That’s why we provide a 1-month warranty. If the battery stops working within this period, we will replace it with a new one.
Battery Warranty Terms:
You will receive a 1-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the battery’s performance within this period, you can replace it without any additional charge.
The warranty does not apply if the battery is physically damaged.
The warranty will not be valid if the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, torn seals, electric short circuits, or any kind of physical impact.
If the battery is under warranty but out of stock, we reserve the right to change the service date or time.
If you notice any issues with the product upon receipt, please contact wefixfast immediately.
If you are not satisfied with the battery’s charging performance, you can request a replacement within one month.
If the battery swells within the warranty period or within 1 month, no warranty will be provided.
Please ensure that you keep the receipt (memo). Without it, the battery cannot be replaced.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
