Battery Warranty Terms
1. 1-Month Warranty: The battery comes with a 1-month warranty starting from the purchase date. If the battery is unsatisfactory during this period, you can replace it for free.
2. No Warranty for Physical Damage: Warranty is void if the battery is physically damaged.
3. No Warranty for Liquid Damage: If the battery is damaged due to water, liquids, torn ribbons, electric short circuits, or any form of impact, the warranty will not apply.
4. Stock Issues: If the battery is out of stock during the warranty period, the service time or date may be subject to change at our discretion.
5. Immediate Reporting: If you notice any issue with the battery after receiving it, please contact us immediately.
6. Charging Issues: If the battery is not charging as expected, you can change it within the 1-month warranty period.
7. No Warranty for Swelling: If the battery swells within the warranty period, no warranty will be applicable.
8. Proof of Purchase: Ensure to keep the purchase memo. Without it, battery replacement will not be possible.
9. Use Original Charger: For the best performance and long-term usage, charge your device with the original charger and follow proper charging guidelines.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
